The area offers good public transport connections, including local bus services within Florø that stop at Fjord Base, as well as commuter buses towards Florø and Førde. The nearest airport, Florø lufthamn, is just 5 minutes away, with direct flights to Oslo and Bergen.

There are also high-speed passenger boat connections to Bergen, as well as regular calls from the Hurtigruten.
